Return & Exchange Policy

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5–7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they are received damaged or defective.
